How do I request a quote from Premier Trophy?

What is the standard lead time for a crystal award or trophy order?
Standard lead time for crystal awards, trophies, medals and plaques is 7-10 working days from artwork sign-off, including engraving or laser etching. Rush production is available - see the rush-capacity question below.
Do you offer rush production for urgent events?
Yes. Rush turnaround of 3-5 working days is available for most standard product lines, subject to current factory load. Please mention your event date when you request a quote so we can confirm rush feasibility upfront.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No fixed MOQ. We accept single-piece VIP and milestone orders alongside annual-recognition orders of several hundred pieces. Bulk pricing tiers typically begin at 50 units - request a bulk quote at that volume or above.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you support corporate procurement workflows?
We accept bank transfer, cheque, P-Card, and electronic invoicing through Ariba and similar procurement platforms. Net-30 terms are available for qualified corporate accounts after the first order. Large orders are typically structured as 50% deposit + 50% on delivery.
What engraving and customisation methods are available, and how is engraving priced?
We offer four main methods: laser engraving (standard for crystal and metal), 3D sub-surface laser engraving inside the crystal, UV colour printing for logos and full-colour artwork, and sandblasting for frosted effects. Basic text engraving is typically included in the quoted unit price; 3D engraving, colour printing, and custom artwork are quoted separately based on design complexity.
Can you produce custom shapes designed around our brand or logo?
Yes. Premier Trophy operates its own factory in China, so we handle the full pipeline from design and 3D mock-up through tooling, production and finishing. You will receive 3D renders for sign-off before any mould or sample is cut. Custom-shape lead times are case-by-case - typically 2-4 weeks from approved design.
What is the difference between optical crystal and standard glass awards?
Optical crystal (K9 / optical-grade) has higher clarity, sharper light refraction, greater weight, and tighter cutting tolerances than commodity glass. It is the standard choice for senior corporate, long-service, and VIP awards. Standard glass is more economical and well-suited to high-volume orders where unit cost is the priority. We will recommend the best fit at the quoting stage based on your budget and use case.
Where is Premier Trophy located, and do you ship beyond Hong Kong?
Our Hong Kong office is at 246 Des Voeux Road West, Sai Ying Pun. Production runs at our own factory in southern China. We have shipped to Macau, mainland China, and elsewhere in APAC for corporate clients on request; please mention the destination when you request a quote so we can confirm timing and shipping cost.
Can I see physical samples before placing a large order?
Yes. For corporate, government, school, and NGO clients evaluating their first order with us, we can arrange a sample viewing at our Sai Ying Pun office, or ship a physical sample on request. Sample policy is case-by-case - please ask when you enquire.
