One piece minimum order, no MOQ. Your retail customers don’t need to commit to inventory. You can quote our prices for single units or small batches directly from us, then pass the quote to your end client with your margin.
7 to 10 working days standard lead time, 1 to 3 days rush available. Lead time runs from artwork approval. Most product lines can be expedited by request, subject to factory capacity at the time.
Hong Kong design and our own production line. We maintain our own workshop in Hong Kong with 100+ in-house craftspeople. Design happens here, production happens in our own factory. No subcontracting, transparent cost structure.
Free artwork proof before production. Every order receives free layout approval and artwork proofs before manufacturing starts. Custom shapes come with free 3D renders or physical samples for sign-off.
White label and plain packaging on request. We support unbranded white-label versions, plain packaging, and custom engraving with your brand name to suit retail resale and corporate gift applications.

We quote by project rather than publish fixed retail prices. Final price depends on material (optical crystal, metal, wood, acrylic), engraving method (laser, 3D internal engraving, colour print), customization complexity, lead time and quantity.

Q: Can I quote your prices to my retail customers without buying stock first?
A: Absolutely. Resellers do not need to hold inventory. You can forward your end customer’s order and specifications directly to us, we quote to you, and you add your margin before quoting to your customer. This model works well for event planners, gift retailers and developers.
Q: Does lead time get longer for one-piece or two-piece orders?
A: No. Single units cost more per piece (no volume economy), but they ship on the same 7-10 working day timeline as 50 or 100 unit orders. Rush production at 1-3 days can also be arranged if needed.
Q: Can you design and provide proofs for me?
A: Yes. We provide free layout proofs and artwork approvals before production. Custom new designs include free 3D renders. Physical sample pieces can be drawn from the production line for approval on orders over 50 units. All of this is included in the quoted price.
Q: Do you support white label and custom branding?
A: Yes. We can supply completely unbranded versions (no our watermark or logo), plain packaging, and custom engraving with your brand name. Any added complexity is reflected in the quote.
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
A: Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% on delivery. Established trade partners may apply for Net-30 credit after approval. We accept bank transfer, cheque, P-Card and Ariba.
