Ordering custom awards: the questions we are asked most
What is the minimum order for custom trophies or medals?
One piece. We produce single commemorative awards and runs of several thousand medals on the same line, so a school prize and a corporate award programme are both normal orders. Volume pricing begins at ten pieces, and promotional gifts carry their own tiers because they are made in batches.
How long does production take?
Lead time varies by product and finish. Standard medal production is usually seven to ten working days after artwork approval; the expected date is confirmed in the quote. Rush work and engraving on stock trophies are subject to availability.
Who actually manufactures the awards?
Our own production team handles each order. Our Hong Kong office coordinates design, artwork and checking. Tell us the product, quantity and required date, and we will confirm production details with your quote.
What artwork do you need from us?
A logo in any vector format, or a clear image we can redraw. We return a free proof showing exactly how your logo and wording will sit on the piece before anything is cut, and we do not start production until you approve that proof.
What engraving and printing methods are available?
Laser engraving and sub-surface 3D engraving for crystal, UV colour printing for full-colour logos, etching and enamel for metal medals and lapel pins, and silk screen for promotional items. The right method depends on the material and on how many colours your logo carries.
Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?
Yes. We ship worldwide and quote delivery with the order. Singapore, Taiwan, mainland China and the wider region are regular destinations, and financial tombstones and deal toys in particular are shipped to banks and law firms across Asia.
Can you quote from a product link, photograph or rough sketch?
Yes. Send the product link, a photograph or a rough sketch together with the quantity, material, wording, logo and required date. We use that brief to recommend a suitable product or prepare a custom design before confirming the quote.
Do you supply schools, companies, government departments and event organisers?
Yes. We handle school prizes, corporate recognition, government and NGO awards, sporting events, milestone gifts and promotional batches. The same quote process applies, with the artwork, quantity, delivery location and deadline adjusted to the programme.
Can you make matching awards, presentation boxes or a complete event set?
Yes. We can match the material, finish, engraving and colour across trophies, medals, plaques, crystal awards and presentation packaging. Send the event brief and we will keep the set consistent from the first proof through delivery.
What information changes the price of a custom award?
The main variables are product type, material, size, quantity, engraving or printing method, artwork complexity, packaging and delivery deadline. Giving us those details at the start produces a more useful quote and avoids replacing a low-detail estimate later.
Can you reproduce an award or reorder a previous design?
Usually, yes. Send the previous photograph, quote code or artwork and tell us the new quantity and deadline. We check the stored design and material details first, then confirm whether the same finish can be reproduced or whether a new proof is needed.
How do international customers request a quote and arrange delivery?
