Every award passes through six stages: cutting, grinding, wet polishing, sub-surface engraving, hand finishing and inspection. Design and client work happen in Hong Kong, production runs in our own factory in China, and the same team carries a piece from the first cut to the box.
Fifteen seconds, start of the line to finished piece.
Our own factory, not a broker
Orders are not passed to an unnamed workshop. Crystal and award bases are made in our own factory, so capacity, quality and delivery dates are ours to control, and a rush order is something we can actually schedule.

Cutting the blank
The body is cut from solid optical crystal to the drawing. Angles and thickness are fixed here, and every later stage works to what this stage sets.

Wet grinding and polishing
Grinding runs under water so heat never builds stress inside the crystal. Coarse to fine in steps, until all six faces are clear and the edges are safe to hold.

Sub-surface laser engraving
The image is written inside the crystal, so the surface stays perfectly smooth with nothing to feel. Logos, portraits and buildings all work, and you see a rendered proof before we cut anything.

Hand finishing, piece by piece
Machines stop short of finished. Every piece is checked by hand for bubbles, chipped corners and engraving depth, and anything that fails goes back rather than out.

Base, box and delivery
Metal or wooden bases are fitted and each piece is boxed individually. We deliver in Hong Kong and handle export shipping everywhere else.

Send a drawing or just an idea and we will quote it.
