We reply within one Hong Kong business day with material options, indicative pricing, recommended lead time, and a draft artwork plan. Quote validity: 30 days.

Sample (optional, recommended for first orders)
Corporate, government, school, and NGO clients evaluating a first order can arrange a physical sample viewing at our Sai Ying Pun office, or a physical sample shipped on request. Sample-fee policy is case-by-case; sample cost typically applied to the first production order.

Bulk production
On 50% deposit (or approved Net-30), production begins. We send a 3D render or physical proof for sign-off before final production. Standard turnaround is 7-10 working days; rush 3-5 days is available on most lines.

Delivery + on-site QC
Local Hong Kong delivery is included on orders above HK$2,000. We finish, engrave, and quality-check every piece at our Sai Ying Pun workshop before despatch. Pre-event delivery to your venue can be coordinated.

Tax invoice + payment
Tax invoice issued in PDF (and original mailed on request). Net-30 terms for qualified corporate accounts. Ariba / P-Card / electronic invoicing supported. Existing customers may reference past invoice numbers for repeat orders.

Do you accept purchase orders (POs) and Ariba?
Yes. We accept Hong Kong corporate, government, and institutional purchase orders, and we issue electronic invoices through Ariba. Coupa, SAP Concur, Oracle, JAGGAER are supported on request. Please mention your platform when requesting a quote so we can confirm setup.
What are your Net-30 terms and how do I qualify?
Net-30 is available for qualified corporate, government, and institutional accounts after the first successful order. Standard terms before Net-30 approval are 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% on delivery.
What is the standard lead time, and do you offer rush production?
Standard lead time is 7-10 working days from artwork sign-off for crystal awards, trophies, plaques, and certificates; 10-14 working days for medals, plates, and flags. Rush production of 3-5 working days is available on most standard lines, subject to factory load. Please mention your event date when you request a quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ. We accept single-piece VIP and milestone orders alongside annual orders of several hundred pieces. Bulk pricing tiers typically begin at 50 units - request a bulk quote at that volume or above.
Can I see a physical sample before placing a large order?
Yes. Sample viewing at our Sai Ying Pun office is by appointment, no charge.
